[ You See Many People Speaking About Mental Issues ]
[ When You Have Flashbacks About An Incident That Was Almost 24 Years Ago ]
[ It Causes You To Reach For The Kleenex Tissues ]
[ PTSD Is The Issue That You Are Talking About ]
[ Yes, It Is Real ]
[ Is What You Want To Shout ]
[ & It Does Not Only Just Happen To Military Personnel ]
[ It Could Happen To Anyone ]
[ Who Has Survived An Incident That Put Them Through Hell ]
[ You Were The Only Staff Locked In A Juvenile Correctional Unit When (2) Male Violent Offender Inmates Decided To Riot ]
[ For Over 3 Hours You Prayed For Peace & Quiet ]
[ Hitting A Kid’s Head With A Fire Extinguisher Makes A Horrible & Most Memorable Sound ]
[ He Kept Getting Hit Even When He Was On The Ground ]
[ You Never Knew That A Fire Extinguisher Could Break A Toilet Or A Sink ]
[ It Is Alot Easier Than You’d Think ]
[ Oh There Has Been So Many Times Since This Happened ]
[ Where You Wanted To Give In & Drink ]
[ But There Was Only One Person Who Stood By You, So You Wouldn’t Go There ]
[ & It Was Your Good Friend Nick ]
[ That Showed That He Cared ]
[ Every Other So-Called “Friend” From Work ]
[ Turned Their Back ]
[ & Became Worse Than Sniveling Bitches & Jerks ]
[ Nobody Else Came Over Or Called ]
[ After You Got Fired Because Of A Bunch Of Lies ]
[ They All Acted Appalled ]
[ The Girls Were Worse Than The Guys ]
[ When Everyone Built Their Walls ]
[ Nobody Else Wanted To Hear Your Side ]
[ So After The Agency Lied ]
[ & Stole Your Pride ]
[ Your Respect For All Those People Died ]
[ Still To This Day, The Pain Won’t Subside ]
[ It Did Not Help Your Self-Esteem ]
[ That You Got Blackballed @ Every Institution That You Later Applied ]
[ Nick Was The Only One That Did Not Stab You In The Back ]
[ The Agency Did Not Want To Just Take Your Career Away ]
[ They Went On The Attack ]
[ From That First Day ]
[ They Fought Your Unemployment Benefits Tooth & Nail ]
[ Thankfully The Inquest Was Over The Phone ]
[ & Not Through The Mail ]
[ The Judge Did Not Believe A Single Word Of Their Part ]
[ When You Talked ]
[ The Judge Took Your Statement To Heart ]
[ & Told The OYA Agency To Take A Walk ]
