[ Honest ]
[ Has A Conscience]
[ A Good Leader, A Good Coach Or A Good Boss Would Never Ask Someone To Do Something That They Wouldn’t Do. Good Ones Have Experience & Can Demonstrate To & For Others What The Task Is They Want Done ]
[ Leads By Example ]
[ Is Above Reproach ]
[ Looks Out For The Weakest As Much As They Do The Strongest ]
[ Helps Other’s Succeed ]
[ Is Not A “Me” Person ]
[ Shares The Credit With Their Team ]
[ Doesn’t Have To Be The Smartest Person That Can Recite Facts, Codes Or Laws. But Knows How & From Where To Get The Information That Is Needed ]
[ Knows How To Use The Internet In A Lawful Way ]
[ Knows Their Limitations, So They Surround Themselves With Smarter People Than Themselves ]
