[ This Year , You Woke Up To Celebrate Your 25th Anniversary
While On A Hospital Bed ]
[ What A Great Place To Wake Up To Celebrate How Many Years
That You Have Been Wed ]
[ Your Longtime Caregiver Up & Quit ]
[ Because Of A Bunch Of Miscommunication & Misunderstanding
Shit ]
[ This Event Really Took You By Surprise ]
[ But Then You Found Out ]
[ That For Months She Had Been Telling You A Bunch Of Lies ]
[ She Had Her Resumé Out There For Awhile It Seemed ]
[ Because She Said That She Had It Out There With (INDEED) ]
[ So You Had To Finish Off Of The Year Without (1) ]
[ That Sure Hurt A Ton ]
[ The Best Part Of The Ending Year ]
[ You Were Able To Start 2022 With The Person Who Is Most
Near & Dear ]
[ You Were Alone Way Too Much ]
[ There Were Chunks Of Time When You Did Not ]
[ Have The Comfort Of Talking To Anyone About Such -n- Such ]
[ Too Much Alone Time ]
[ But You Were Able To Write Over (1,000) Stories That Rhymed ]
[ It Started With A Whimper ]
[ & Ended With A Bang ]
[ Not A Whisper ]

[ It Could Be With You For A Very Long Stay ]

[ Grief Can Actually Shine A Bright Light ]
[ On Your Worst Fears ]
[ & There Could Be Many Nights ]
[ When You Have Nothing But Tears ]
[ But Some Say That Real Men Don’t Cry ]
