[ Well, Here I Sit On Monday, March 15th, 2021 ]
[ I Was Excited For This Surgery ]
[ But Now I Am Really Glad That It Is Finally Done ]
[ Spending The Night Before My Anniversary Has
Never Been An Ultimate Dream Of Mine ]
[ But @ Least It Is Just One Day & Night ]
[ Instead Of Nine ]
[ This Is A Whole Lot Better Than My Eleven Days ]
[ Stay ]
[ Completely Different Circumstances Than The Time
Before ]
[ Back Then The Need For Care Was A Whole Lot More ]
[ One Thing Is Definitely The Same With All Of My Stays ]
[ & That Is The Appreciation I Have For The Salem Hospital’s
Nurse’s ]
[ Each & Every Day ]
[ This Time I Am On The 7th Floor ]
[ Five More ]
[ Than The Time Before ]
[ I Had Fantastic Nurses Then ]
[ & I Have Fantastic Nurses Now ]
[ So How Did I Ever Get So Lucky, Again? ]
[ My Nurse Right Now Is A Nice Woman Named Laurel ]
[ If The Head Of The Hospital Ever Asked Me If She Should Get A
Big Raise ]
[ I Would Not Quarrel ]
[ Nurse Laurel Is So Nice & Polite In Everything She Does ]
[ She Is Not Looking For Accolades ]
[ She Does It, Just Because ]
[ It Is Not In Her Job Description, It Is In Her ]
[ There Is No Hidden Agenda ]
[ Because Her Intentions Are Pure ]
[ I Am Sure There Must Be Days That Nurses Wished It Would Go
By Quicker ]
[ Those Must Be The Days When Each Patient Comes Feeling
Sicker ]
[ Sicker Than The One Prior ]
[ Or During The Period Of Times When We Had The Fires ]
[ Sometimes They Probably Go A Whole Day Without Someone
Saying ( THANK YOU ) ]
[ But That Is Not The Reason That They Do What They Do ]
[ It Is Sad To Think That The Doctor’s Get All Of The Glory While
The Nuses Do All The Work ]
[ & I Bet More Than 1 Out Of Every 5 Patients Can Be A Jerk ]
[ Then You Brought Up This Nice Nurse Named Matt To Replace
The I.V. ]
[ That Had Fallen Out Of Me ]
[ To Be A Great Nurse Like Laurel You Must Start ]
[ With A Nice Personality & A Big Heart ]
[ & Not Just Anyone Can Handle This Part ]

[ What About An Hour Wasted On Frivolous Things? ]
[ Does That Make Time & Money ]
[ Be Attached By Thin Strings? ]
[ One Can’t Buy The Other ]
[ & One Cannot Buy Another ]
[ Another Second, Hour Or Day ]
[ When Time Has Been Wasted ]
[ Things Have A Tendency To Stay ]
[ That Way ]
[ Time & Money Would Be In A Wasted Heap ]
[ Just Tossed Aside ]
[ Because You Think That Time Is Cheap ]
[ Time Cannot Be Bought ]
[ But Money Can Buy A Clock ]
[ Where You Can Watch Time Fly By ]
[ The Time That Money Cannot Buy ]
[ Is Their A Vast Difference Between Wasted Time & A Wasted
Dollar? ]
[ Wasted Time May Not Even Get A Whisper ]
[ But Wasting Money Gets A Loud Hollar ]
[ One Dollar Or Many ]
[ Nobody Ever Wants To Waste A Penny ]
[ But A Penny Saved, Is A Penny Earned ]
[ If Time Is Money ]
[ Do You Ever Want The Clock To Be Turned ]
[ Backward In A Counter Clock Motion ]
[ If Timed Stood Still ]
[ Would It Fall Into The Ocean? ]
[ To Never Be Recovered Again ]
[ But If Found ]
[ Would That Be When Time Begins? ]
[ Begin Or Not ]
[ We All Know That Time Cannot Be Bought ]
[ Or Was That The Point That You Forgot? ]
[ Then Always Be Thankful For Whatever You’ve Got ]
[ Out Of Life ]
[ Because When You Forgot But Then Turned On The Light ]
[ Don’t You Think That Everything Looks Twice ]
