[ Throw In (30-60min) Of Pedaling An Exercise Bike ]

[ That Was What I Did All Throughout My Life (8 days a wk) Whenever Or However I Found A Place To Workout In ]

[ It Was A Great Way To Release … ]

[ It Was The Best Outlet I Ever Had ]

[ It Really Made My Body Feel Alive ]

[ Getting The Blood Flowing ]

[ Met Some Of The Nicest People In Some Of The Gyms I Belonged To ]

[ Met Alot Of Nice People @ The Powerlifting & Bodybuilding Competitions ]

[ But … There Also Was A Big Buttload Of Arrogance Going On, Too ]

[ Loved It & Now Miss It ]

     Changing Seasons ]

[ Winter Seems Like The Hardest Times While Surviving
     All Of The Heavy Eating Holidays ]
[ It Always Feels Like Everything You Eat ]
[ Goes To The Mid-Section & Stays ]

[ It Is Hard To Stay Lean ]
[ During The Times ]
[ When You Put On That ( WINTER TIME 15 ) ]

[ The Journey Is Long ]
[ & Your Resolve Must Stay Strong ]

[ Enjoy The Friendly Greetings ]
