[ Not Pity ]
[ Or Sympathy ]

[ I Need A Phone Call From My Best Friend ]
[ So I Am Not Alone Towards The End ]

[ The End Of The Day, Week Or My Life? ]
[ Will My Eyes Stay Open While I Am Watching The Fading
     Light? ]
[ Will My Wife ]
[ Help Me Fight? ]

[ Sometimes I Feel That She Is Oblivious To What I Am
      Going Through ]
[ Because She Has A Handful Of Her Own Problems
     Too ]

[ So She Might Have Blinders On, That May Narrow Her
     Sight ]
[ She Has No Ability To See From Side To Side ]
