[ Sometimes You’ve Come Across People So Angry ]
[ You’d Think They Had Spent The Last Couple Of Years

[ But They Say That’s What Prison Can Do To A Guy ]
[ Especially When He Gets Convicted Of A Crime ]
[ That Makes Everybody Asks Each Other (WHY?) ]

[ Why Was He Convicted, Everyone Knows He Was Framed? ]
[ The Powers That Be Said That He Did It ]
[ & They Put Him Out There To Be Blamed ]
[ When He Was Put Into A Pit ]
[ Things For Him, Were Never The Same ]

[ When Society Put Him Into That Role ]
[ He Lost His Soul ]
[ He Was Put Into An Impossible Situation ]
[ Like Trying To Climb A Greased Pole ]

[ How Could He Do That Task? ]
[ He Definitely Could Not Do It Fast ]
[ Even When Asked ]

[ So How Do You Bring Someone Back ]
[ After They’ve Been Mentally Attacked? ]

[ Can Anyone Come Back & Be Like They Were? ]
[ That Is One Thing Where People Are Not So Sure ]

[ But They Try, Try, Try Their Best ]
[ Most Eventually Give Up ]
[ & Put Their Past Life To Rest ]

[ Then They Become A Shell Of The Person That They
Used To Be ]

[ You Take This Med Because Of That ]

[ My Whole Thinking Gets Off Kilter ]

[ I Just Want All Of These Negative Thoughts That
Are Swirling Around In My Brain ]
[ To Quickly Find Their Way To The Most Direct Path
Down The Drain ]

[ But One Thing I Know ]
