[ Phil Knight Became Successful When He Was A College Student Running Track For The University of Oregon ]

[ A College Kid That Had A Dream & Combined His Ideas With His UofO Track Coach & Created Nike ]

[ Mark Cuban Was A College Student Who Combined Ideas With His Friends To Become Successful

[ Damon John Came Up With The Idea For FUBU & Became Successful Building A Clothing Empire ]

[ My Powerlifting Coach Terry L. Was A Very Successful Coach. Our Team Started Out As A Core Team Of About (8) Of Us Lifters. The Team Grew To Over (15). We Then Had Maybe Over (9) Of Us Become World Champions & World Record Holders In Our Federation ]

[ The Lifter’s That Reached That Pinnacle Were Successful ]

[ Becoming Successful Can Take Alot Of Time, Hard Work, Sacrifices & Oftentimes Money ]

[ Well I Feel Like There Is A Huge Difference Of Feeling/Being/Acting Mature & Feeling Like A Grown Up ]

[ I Feel Like I Am & Act Mature ]

[ I Don’t Want To Feel Like A Grown Up ]

[ For Me To Feel Like A Grown Up I Feel Like I Would Be Giving Up That Youthful, Playful Side Of Me ]

[ I Am 62yrs. Young ]

[ Do Not Dress Like A Grown Up! ]

[ I Wear Shorts Year Round ]

[ I Wear Vans, Adidas Shoes & Merrill Boots ]

[ T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hooded Sweatshirts, Adidas Socks, Baseball Hats ]

[ I Shave My Head, Instead Of Being In Denial When My Hair Starts Thinning ]

[ I Will Never Be Doing That Horrible Looking Comb Over Style. No Hair Clubs For Me ]

[ No Slacks, Cardigans Or Black Socks ]

[ I Listen To Old & New Music ]

[ I Appreciate The Youthful Side Of Thinking & Life ]

[ If You Look, Act, Or Want To Be Different, Good For You ]

[ Don’t Let Anyone Paint, Or Mold You Into A Box Of What Someone Wants You To Be Like ]

[ I Would Love To Teach High School Boys & Girls How To Lift Weights ]

[ I Am (62) Years Old, So I Am Very Old School When It Comes To Weight Lifting ]

[ When I Was In The 5th Grade I Asked My Parents For A Weight Set For Christmas ]

[ I Followed The Instructions & Taught Myself How To Lift Weights ]

[ I Lifted In Gyms When I Was Old Enough ]

[ In ’94 I Joined A Powerlifting Bench Press Team ]

[ ’99 Was My First Time @ The World Championship For Our Federation ]

[ I Competed In The 165lbs Police/Fire Division ]

[ I Took Home 1st Place Trophies In ’99, ‘2000, & 2001 ]

[ I Would Teach Proper Form FIRST! ]

[ Teach Them That When Learning Proper Form You Start Out With Light Weights ]

[ Then & Only Then You Start Lifting Heavier ]

[ When You Lift With Bad Form/Technique You Risk Injury ]

[ After Teaching Weight Lifting, I Would Coach Them & Love Watching Them Succeed ]

[ Yes, Insurance Will Pay Out ]

[ But Only A Fraction Of The Monetary Value That I Would Ever Have ]

[ Physical Pictures, Lifting Awards, Pictures, Money (Over Said Amount), Actual Letters &/Or Cards, Jewelry, Collections, All Clothing, etc… ]

[ There Have Been Many Times When I Have Felt Out Of Place, Or Out Of My Element ]

[ The Earliest Times When I Had Felt Out Of Place, Was Each Time I Was Moved To Another Foster Home ]

[ I Was Not Quite (3) Years Old When My Sister & I Were Moved Into The First Foster Home ]

[ About Every (18) Months We Were Moved ]

[ When You Get There You Do Not Know A Single Thing About What You Can Or Can’t Do, Where You Are, Who Is In The House, What Do You Call Them, Where To Go, What The Daily Or Nightly Schedule Is, etc … ]

[ You Are Scared, Worried, Angry & A Number Of More Emotions ]

[ We Did Not Have Any Family In Oregon After Our Dad Shot Himself In The Head ]

[ So I Could Just Imagine That We Were A Tiny Bit Traumatized Since He Did It In The Home ]
