[ Holds Your Destiny In Their Palm? ]

[ Are There Plans For Your Future That As Of This Time ]
[ You Don’t Know? ]
[ When You See Mountains That You Must Climb ]
[ Are You In Tandem Or Are You Going Solo? ]

[ You Always Must Prepare ]
[ If You Are Going Anywhere ]
[ Close To Over There ]

[ Did You Make “A Must Have List?” ]
[ Some More Of That ]
[ & Alot Of This ]

[ You Must Be Prepared In Whatever You Choose ]
[ To Do ]
[ If You Go In Unprepared & Lose ]
[ The One That Might Be Lost, Could Ultimately Be You ]

[ It Is A Fact ]
[ That Everyone Gets Judged ]
[ By How They Act ]

[ Everyone Has An Opinion ]
[ Sometimes It Becomes Hard To See ]
[ Like The Heart Of An Onion ]

[ As The Onion Peels ]
[ Tears Will Flow ]
[ But Sadness Is Not What Your Heart Feels ]
[ But Sometime Soon You Will Know ]
[ Time Is The Thing In Your Life That Steals ]

[ Sometimes It Will Shorten Your Life ]
[ By Hours & Days ]
[ It Seems Like Strife ]
[ Happens In So Many Different Ways ]

[ Sometimes The Mirage ]
[ Will Trip You Up ]
[ Into Wondering If You Left Your Car Running In The Garage ]

[ Or Down The Street ]
[ Then The Only Way That You Got Home ]
[ Was Using Your Own (2) Feet ]

[ Sometimes You Feel Like Your Whole Life Has Been Filled With A Whole Bunch Of Liars ]
[ Going Around Starting Fires ]
[ Handing Out Love ]
[ That Is Held Up By Wires ]

[ Everything That Has Been Shown ]
[ Or Briefly Told ]
[ In The Most Obnoxious Tone ]
[ Ever Has The Longevity Of Growing Old ]
[ Or Has Been Set In Stone ]

[ There Is No Warmth (6ft) Down ]
[ Under The Ground ]
[ Nobody Has The Chance To Drown ]
[ When There Is Not A Single Drop Of Water To Be Found ]

[ No One Blinks Because They All Have Hollowed Out Eyes ]
[ Nobody Seems Wise ]
[ When You Look @ Their Disguise ]

[ Who Are They Running From? ]
[ Everybody’s Resons For Doing Things Sounds Kind Of Dumb ]
[ When Others Reach Out ]
[ Their Brain Goes Numb ]
[ Then Everyone Walks Away Filled With Doubt ]

[ When People Reach Out, It Is Because They Are In Pain ]
[ What Do They Have To Gain? ]
[ When They Find That The Effort Was All For Naught ]
[ Because They Became An Open Book All In Vain ]

[ Reciprocity Was Supposed To Be Built Around Trust ]
[ Like A Brand New Bicycle That Sits Out In The Rain ]
[ The Chrome Turns To Rust ]
[ They Can Dream That They Could Polish It Again & Again ]
[ But The End Result Is A Bust ]

[ Effort Does Not Always Equal Success ]
[ Every Day You Take A Full Bucket & Dry Mop ]
[ & Try To Clean Up The Mess ]
[ Only To Watch Your Jaw Drop ]
[ Because The Amount Of Effort You Give, Causes You Extreme Stress ]

[ Effort Given ]
[ & A Great Result Is Not Always In The Same Sentence ]
[ Quite Often ]
[ It Just Keeps People Who Have Doubt From Ever Riding The Fence ]
[ Just When ]
[ Others Show That They Do Not Have The Confidence ]
[ Then ]
[ There Is No Difference ]
[ Because There Is Nothing To Reference ]

[ Families Are Full Of A Bunch Of Lies ]

[ Family Feels So Much Better When You Get To Choose ]
[ Whoever You Want To Be In Your Inner Circle ]
[ You Can Never Lose ]
[ When Your People Love To Play The Game Called “Quirkle” ]

[ She Taught You How To Spot The People That Are Fake ]
[ The Ones That Never Give ]

[ Even Though She Is Extremely Busy She Does Slow Down To Be Your Biggest Fan ]
[ When You Are Writing She Never Pushes You For Perfection ]
[ But She Does Want You To Do The Best That You Can ]
[ Then She Will Always Come Behind You To Make Any Grammatical Corrections ]

[ Last Month My Beautiful Wife Took Me On An Errand ]

[ She Took Me To An ATM ]

[ When We Pulled Into The Parking Lot, I Noticed What I Thought Was A Homeless Man Sitting In A Small Patch Of Grass ]

[ We Parked & I Got Out ]

[ I Went To The ATM & Got What I Came There For ]

[ Well, Maybe Just A Little More Then I Originally Thought I Would ]

[ I Walked Over To The Man & Said, “Hello” ]

[ The Man Was Polite ]

[ He Was Very Unsure Of The Reason Why I Came Up To Talk To Him, Though ]

[ I Reached In My Pocket & Gave Him Some Money ]

[ He Was Quite Shocked, But Said, “Thank You” ]

[ I Said, “You’re Welcome” ]

[ I Got Back In Our Car & We Went Home ]

[ This Question Kind Of Hit Me Between The Eyes & Caused Me To Be A Little Sad ]
[ For The Life Of Me ]
[ I Cannot Remember A Single Tradition That Was Handed Down To From My Mom & Dad ]

[ They Never Stressed Different Ways ]
[ To Celebrate The Holidays ]

[ Don Never Taught Me Anything Fun ]
[ He Never Started ]
[ So He Was Never Done ]
[ When It Was His Time To Be One Of The Dearly Departed ]
[ I Found Out That He Never Even Wanted To Adopt A Son ]

[ I Guess If I Ever Needed To Put Him In A Class ]
[ I Would Take A Pass ]
[ The Only Label I Would Give Him ]
[ Is That He Is Being Remembered As Being An Ass! ]

[ Now That He Has Passed ]
[ Much Of What He Said To Me Was Not Positive ]
[ So The Point Did Not Last ]

[ In What Little Time That I Spent With Him Years Before He Died ]

[ Well … What Is A Typical Day To Me? ]

[ It Depends If I Slept The Night Before ]
[ If Not ]
[ Then I Will Try Not To Stumble Onto The Floor ]

[ I Hope That What I Am Saying Will Not Be Misunderstood ]
[ I Have (2) Caregivers Come During The Day ]
[ Because My Health Is Not Very Good ]

[ Hopefully I Will Be Able To Eat Something ]
[ I Have Not Had Much Of An Appetite As Of Late ]
[ So I Guess Trying To Eat Anything ]
[ Would Be Great ]

[ Because I Have To Sit All Day On Our Bed ]
