[ You Need To Walk Around ]
[ Looking For A Working Phone Booth ]
[ On Your Side Of Town ]

[ When All You Get Is A Dial Tone ]
[ It Reminds You Of The Days ]
[ When It Only Cost $.25 To Get A Single Scoop Of Ice Cream Placed On A Cone ]

[ When You Get Back To Your House ]
[ You’ll Give A Kiss ]
[ To Your Loving Spouse ]

[ You Will Walk Over To Your Roll Out Desk ]
[ Put On Your Rolex ]
[ & Find Your Rolo-Dex ]

[ You Will Spin It Around & Around ]
[ Stopping It ]
[ Only After You Are Satisfied With What You Have Found ]

[ The Search For The Card ]
[ Was Extremely Hard ]

[ Searching For The Card That Just Said, “L.S.L.” ]
[ You Needed To Call Them On Your Really Old “Motorola Flip Phone” ]
[ You Really Needed To Go The “Fabulous Family Of Five” House Because They Have Always Treated You & Your Wife So Well ]

[ They Treat You Like Part Of Their Family ]
[ We Treat Them The Same ]
[ Ever Since The Matriarch Said, “This Is The Way That Things Will Be!” ]

[ We Hop In Your VW Bug With Your Full “Man-Pack” ]
[ Then Open Your Bag ]
[ & Pull Out A Tape So You Could Put It Into My 8-Track ]

[ You Love Watching The “L.S.L.” Just Experience Life ]
[ The Sentiment Is Also Felt By Your Beautiful Wife ]

[ The Love Has Always Been Sent ]
[ To Sir Dan & Ms. Teacher ]
[ The Wonderful Parents ]
[ & Elizabeth Let’s Us Borrow All Of The VCR Tapes That She Rents ]

[ S. Seems To Be The Happiest Just Sitting & Drawing While Listening To “Duran Duran” ]
[ On Her Walkman ]

[ L. Is Putting Beads On A String That Will Obviously ]
[ Turn Out Really Groovy ]

[ L. Comes Out Of His Black Lit Room In His New Parachute Pants Sporting A Brand New Pair Of Chucks ]
[ When S. & L. Quickly Turnaround & Ask, “What The F#@k?” ]

[ Dan Comes Down The Stairs Sporting An Afro ]
[ Ms. Teacher Is Wearing Neon Leg Warmers ]
[ Tossing Her Big Hair To & Fro ]
[ Dan Quickly Runs Over To His CB Radio ]
[ Because The Families Name On The Radio Is “The Charmers” ]

[ Dan Almost Tripped On L.‘s Slinky That Was Forgotten On The Brightly Lit Bottom Step ]
[ It Was A Good Thing That He Moved To His Right Instead Of His Left ]

[ When Nicole Saw Ms. Teacher, She Was Wearing Knee High “Go-Go Boots” ]
[ Your Wife Gave Ms. Teacher (2) Brand New Movies Called “Tootsie” & “Roots” ]

[ Everyone Grabbed Some Jiffy Pop Popcorn & Their Favorite Bean Bag Chair To Watch ]
[ The Movies ]
[ On The 1967 Magnavox ]

[ With The Amazing 2-Speaker Sound ]
[ The Music Was Profound ]

[ Goodnight, Good Dreams & Love To You All ]
[ If You Ever Need One Of Us ]

[ Or Only For Things That You Could Get In A Bunch? ]

[ How Is This Found Out? ]
[ Must You Research It To Remove All Doubt? ]
[ But Then Somebody Could Look @ You & Ask “What The Hell Are You Talking About? ]

[ That Would Squash All Of What You Were Thinking ]
[ So There Won’t Even Be Something Linking ]
[ You To Whatever The Thoughts That Would Be Sinking ]

[ To The End Of The Line ]
[ So Nobody Could Whine ]
[ That They Were Not Even Doing So Much As Just Fine ]

[ Once Again Your Thoughts Are Up & Running ]
[ But @ Times They Feel Like They Are Fumbling ]
[ & Bumbling ]

[ How Do You See How You Can Right This Ship? ]
[ So On The Radar Screen Called Life ]
[ It Would Not Be Seen As A Tiny Blip ]
[ Then No One Can Come @ You By Shooting From The Hip ]

[ Do You Feel Alone In A Crowd? ]
[ Only If There Are Hushed Voices? ]
[ If The People Are Loud ]
[ Does It Come Across As Needless Noises? ]

[ Is There A Difference, From What You Can See? ]
[ If There Is, What Can It Be? ]

[ Can It Be Seen? ]
[ Does It Come Across Really Clean? ]
[ Or Somewhere In-Between ]

[ When Communication Is Not Going Well ]
[ It Might Cause ]
[ One Or The Other To Go Into A Defensive Shell ]

[ You Want To Lead The Way To Positive One To One Talks ]
[ Instead Of Having Conversations ]
[ Where One Or Both Of You Balks ]

[ Where There Are Points That Have A Clear Meaning ]
[ Not Using Words Or Names ]
[ That Sounds Demeaning ]
[ Or Points & Blames ]

[ Nobody Likes The Finger Of Blame To Be Pointing In Their Direction ]
[ Being Told Or Instructed ]
[ To Make Some Kind Or Correction ]
[ So There Could Be A Much Better Connection ]

[ Connecting Through The Heart & Through The Mind ]
[ Not Having To Do Physical Exercises Of Any Kind ]

[ Sometimes People Can Be So Cruel ]
[ To Each Other ]
[ Nobody Wants, Chooses Or Feels The Need To Apply The Golden Rule ]
[ Especially When People Drink With Their Brother ]

 
[ Family In-Fighting ]
[ Is Like A Storm ]
[ Constant Rain, Loud Thunder & Lots Of Lightning ]
[ This Is What The Young Kids See Is The Norm ]

[ During The Day People Are Filled With Charm ]
[ After Introducing The Slightest Bit Of Alcohol ]
[ Family Members Can Set Out To Do Alot Of Harm ]

[ There Are Some People Who Always Want What Others Have ]
[ Maybe When They Know That Their Older Mom Is Taking A Bath ]
[ They Do Not Want To Wait Until Their Mom Passes ]
[ Because Then They Would Only Inherit Half ]

[ Of What Their Mother Ended Up Being Worth ]
[ They Never Knew How Lucky They Have Been Throughout  Their Lives ]
[ Because They Had Been In Their Mother’s Will Shortly After Their Birth ]

[ There Is A Big Part Of Society That Wants To Cut Corners In Their Quest To Getting Wealthy ]
[ But Just Like A Person’s Body ]
[ People Are Not In Too Much Of A Hurry To Get Healthy ]

[ You Can Be Sure ]
[ That You Can Never Hurry ]
[ Or Fool Mother Nature ]

[ That Is Why There Will Always Be Nations @ War ]
[ Even Though It Is Filled With Death & Horror ]
[ Though Most Countries Are Prospering Now ]
[ There Are Alot Of Countries That Like To Want More ]

[ Need ]
[ & Greed ]

[ Are Not Too Far Apart ]
[ One Does & One Doesn’t ]
[ Have Or Show Alot Of Heart ]

[ People Do Not Think With That Organ, Though ]
[ So ]
[ The Leaders Of Those Countries Do Not Surround Themselves With Alot Of Men ]
[ That Continue To Say, “Uh, No!” ]

[ Why Do People Argue & Oftentimes Fight With Another Family Member? ]
[ From What Some People & Statistics Say ]
[ Alot Of This Occurs Around The Holdays That Happen In November & December ]

[ That Is During The Times That Alot Of People Fear ]
[ Whoever Thought Up The Stupid Idea ]
[ Of Bringing People Together That They Do Not Want To Deal With The Rest Of The Year ]

[ Then Someone, Years Ago, Decided To Bring Alcohol Into This Almost Explosive Mixture ]
[ Give A Man Of Any Age Several Drinks ]
[ They Start Acting Really Immature ]
[ Then No One Can Figure Out What He Thinks ]

[ There Are Alot Of Single Or Divorced ]
[ That Are Constantly Looking For Their Lifetime Mate ]
[ If A Woman Rebuffs Their Advances, Than They Might Be Forced ]
[ Because Instead Of Love, They Are Filled With Nothing But Hate ]

[ For Some Offenders, That Much Hate Cannot Ever Be Counseled Out Of Their Head ]
[ The One Sure Way To Know If The Counseling  Will Ever  Work ]
[ When He Is Found In His Apartment, Dead ]
[ Then Women Will No Longer Have To Put Up With The Jerk ]

[ It Seems That The Police Were Not Too Enthused About Signing Off On This Case ]
[  They Don’t Want To Walk Quickly Through A Crime Scene ]
[ Then Overlook A Clue  ]
[ As They Shut The Door In Haste ]

[ So It Was Decided By Everyone Involved ]
[ This Case Will Never Be Solved ]

[ You Should Look All Around ]
[ Then Stand Up & Shout ]

[ Shout About What, Is Up To You ]
[ Maybe The Way That People See Things, Is A Good Place To Start ]
[ One Clue ]
[ Would Be To See What They Feel, In Their Heart ]

[ Some People See That The City Is The Sunset Of Civilization ]
[ The Consternation ]
[ For Any Civilized Nation ]

[ Does The City Always Promote Growth ]
[ Or Is Concrete]
[ All They Wrote? ]

[ It Is The End Of All Means ]
[ The Dead End Streets ]
[ Shows That There Isn’t A Single Thing In-Betwwn ]

[ In-Between The Concrete Or The Stop Signs ]
[ Making The Street Lights ]
[ Benign ]
[ To Personal Rights ]

[ It Has Been Stated ]
[ & Debated ]
[ That Personal Rights Has Been ]
[ Vastly Overrated ]

[ Some People Try To Be So Professional ]
[ But Then They Want To Remain Impersonal ]

[ The Probability ]
[ Of Having Their World Like That ]
[ Could Possibly ]
[ Be A Possibility ]

[ There Are Those That Just Want To Act Like A.I. ]
[ They Never Want To Look @ You In The Eyes ]
[ So That Seems To Be Why ]

[ Society Has Become What Is Now ]
[ Some Married Couples Don’t Follow Their Vows ]
[ Farms Are Bulldozed Over ]
[ So There Is No More Need For A Plow ]
