[ That Is Done Or Said In The Most Disrespectful Way? ]
[ You Grew Up, Being Told, Repeatedly ]
[ & Then Later, Not So Sweetly ]
[ You Need To Respect Your Elders All Of The Time ]
[ Always ]
[ Anytime & Everytime ]
[ Has That Gone Away Like Love Thy Neighbor? ]
[ Oftentimes ]
[ You Are Not Even Given A Name To Remember ]
[ When & Wherever You Grew Up, You Probably Knew All Of The Names Of Everyone On Your Block ]
[ Even Before You Figured Out How To Read The Wall Clock ]
[ Society Is So Closed Off & Impersonal ]
[ Now ]
[ No One Wants To Get The Virus While In The B Terminal ]
[ You Can’t Show A Smile To Anyone While Wearing A Mask ]
[ You Don’t Say (HOW ARE YOU?) ]
[ Because They Can’t Understand Why You’d Even Ask ]
[ Society Has Began To Become Polarized ]
[ Because Of This Curse Of A Virus ]
[ We Can’t Normalize ]
[ Because We Can’t Socialize ]
[ How Can You Show Respect To Someone Who Has To
Stay ]
[ Six Feet Away ]
[ They Probably Would Not Even Understand Or Hear A Nice
Word That You Would Say ]
[ Why Is Respect Missing? ]
[ Nobody Is Kissing ]
[ So They Turn Their Energy Into Dismissing ]
