[ When She Quickly Turned Him Down, He Shouted That He Would Ruin Her Life ]
[ When Going To The Parking Lot Of The Bar ]
[ Kathy Noticed That Someone Had Stolen Her Car ]
[ The Next Morning, The Bumbling Police Found It ]
[ Abandoned Down By The River ]
[ Someone Made The White Mercedes Look Like Shit ]
[ By Trying To Paint It Silver ]
[ Dan Became Your Enemy About (5) Years Prior ]
[ He Had You Arrested ]
[ By Accusing You Of Setting All Of Those Forrest Fires ]
[ Those Fire Investigators Got Way Out Of Hand ]
[ They Were Looking For Someone, Anyone, To Blame ]
[ You Were Never Involved With Burning Those Thousands Of Acres Of Land ]
[ You Were Not Even In The Country During That Whole Fire Season ]
[ You Do Not Even Know Why They Were Framing You ]
[ Because They Had Never Stated A Reason ]
[ Then The Trial That They Put You Through, Was A Total Sham ]
[ It Seemed Like They Gave Your Public Defender Your Case, So Close To The Trial Date ]
[ Then He Had To Cram ]
[ That Is Not A Good Way, To Fight The State ]
[ After The Judge ]
[ Handed Down The (12) Year Sentence ]
[ You Have Held A Grudge ]
[ & Now, You Have No Patience ]
[ Kathy Hired An ‘A’ Team Of Lawyers, To Handle Your Case ]
[ Those Lawyers Were Very Thorough ]
[ They Never Made Or Said Anything In Haste ]
[ (4) Years Went By Before They Found A Judge That Would Listen To Your Legal Team ]
[ He Was Fair & Listened From In The Middle ]
[ There Was Never A Side Where He Leaned ]
[ When You Got That Call About The Judges Decision, How Did You Feel? ]
[ @ First, You Did Not Think That The Call Was Real? ]
[ You Thought That It Was From Someone Who Was Playing A Bad Joke ]
[ It Had To Come From Someone Who Figured That You Were The Sleeping Bear ]
[ That They Wanted To Poke ]
[ Some People Thought That Kathy Was Crazy For Standing By Your Side ]
[ She Never Could Have Been Prepared For Such A Bumpy Ride ]
[ She Told You That She Was Not Giving Up ]
[ So She Never Lied ]
[ When You Got Out, Dan Was Scared To Death ]
[ One Time He Got So Worried ]
[ He Called (911) Because He Felt Sudden Pain In His Chest ]
[ When The EMT’s Arrived, Dan Was Mad, He Wanted Them To Hurry ]
[ The Doctors Wouldn’t Work With Dan Because He Was Acting Like A Tweaker ]
[ People Go To The E.D. For A Variety Of Reasons ]
[ But The Doctors Felt That He Was A (MED SEEKER) ]
[ Now That You Are Completely Free, What Do You Want To Do? ]
[ Or Is That Only For You (2)? ]
[ Is There Room For A Friend Like Me, Too? ]
[ Months Later Dan Showed Up, On The Ground, In A Parking
Lot ]
[ Everyone In Town Agreed That He Deserved What He Got ]
[ You Were Out Of Town Before, During & Right After ]
[ Kathy Called You To Share The News ]
[ & The Laughter ]
[ The Service For Dan ]
[ Had Only One Extremely Old & Frail Man ]
[ He Put A Flower On Top Of The Casket ]
[ So It Will Sit There As Everything Was Set ]
[ The Flower He Chose ]
[ Was A Wilted Black Rose ]
[ Everyone In Town Hopes That Wasn’t A Curse ]
[ After All Is Said & Done ]
[ They Saw That Old Man Drive Away In A 1947 Black Hearse ]
[ The Next Sunday … Everyone In The Town Was In Church ]
[ The Police Never Solved Dan’s Murder ]
[ Word Has It, They Are Missing The Whole Folder ]
