[ The Only Time That They Tell The Truth ]
[ Is When They Step, Into The Voting Booth ]
[ & Then Vote For Themself ]
[ But Not, For Anyone Else ]
[ They Only Worry About One ]
[ After That, They Are Done ]
[ They Will Shake Your Hand, While Taking Your Wallet ]
[ Out Of Your Back Pocket ]
[ They Are So Fast ]
[ You Will Make A Donation ]
[ Without Being Asked ]
[ They Learned To Campaign @ A Very Early Age ]
[ When They Were Young, Their Parents Thought That It Was All
A Phase ]
[ First They Play Things Cool ]
[ By Running For Class President ]
[ During Their Senior Year In High School ]
[ When They Are Out Of School, They Run For Mayor, Of Their Tiny, Little City ]
[ People Think That They Are Good Looking ]
[ & Quite Whitty ]
[ Is Their Goal The Capital Of Their State? ]
[ That Just Seems, Like A Swinging Gate ]
[ Their Ultimate Goal, Is To Serve Their State, By Being @ The White House ]
[ They Know That A Divorced Politician Does Not Look Good ]
[ That Is The Only Reason, They Stay Married To Their Spouse ]
[ They Do Not Really Want To Work, A Mainstream Position ]
[ Asking Them To Get A Job ]
[ Would Be Like Telling Them, To Wash The Dishes ]
[ It Would Be A Good Bet ]
[ That They Would Complain, It Is Below Their Skill-Set ]
[ Most Politicians Know How To Do The Dance ]
[ Of Arrogance ]
[ They Walk Around Thinking That They Have The Election In The Bag ]
[ They Were Way Too Optimistic ]
[ Because The Move Was Way Before They Were Tagged ]
[ They Think That They Can Always Win, Because Of Their Name ]
[ Or Brand ]
[ They Forgot How To Play The Game ]
[ They Did Not Shake The Correct Hand ]
[ The Politician Must Learn The Art Of Hand Shaking ]
[ Just Like A New Chef ]
[ They Must Learn The Art Of Pastry Baking ]
[ They Are Always On The Campaign Trail ]
[ That Is The Reason For All Of The Political Mail ]
[ That Over Flows Your Mailboxes Everyday ]
[ You Wish That You Could Put A Stop To It ]
[ But The Junk Mail Always Finds A Way ]
[ To Your Address ]
[ Collecting On Your Counter ]
[ Causing Quite The Mess ]
[ Usually A Career Politician Plays It Down To The Wire ]
[ Most Of The Time They Die ]
[ Before They Ever Thought To Retire ]
