[ What Was I Really Thinking? ]
[ When I Went To The Bar & Started Drinking? ]
[ My Problems Were Weighing Me Down ]
[ & It Made Me Look Like A Sad, Sad Clown ]
[ Down, Down, Down My Thoughts Went ]
[ Some Of My Thoughts Seemed Like ]
[ They Were Satan Sent ]
[ The Longer My Thoughts Went Awry ]
[ Makes It Seem If There Was Any Chance For
Me To Have A Better Day ]
[ Went (BYE- BYE) ]
[ Why, As We Speak ]
[ Do My Hopes & Dreams Look So Bleak? ]
[ It Seems Like It’s Been Over A Week ]
[ Since I Started Looking For The Answers That I Seek ]
[ But The Questions That I Had Answers To Were No
Longer Pertinent ]
[ Because The Answers Did Not Help Some Things To
Become Permanent ]
[ Permanent In The Sense That They Enriched My Life ]
[ Through A Way To Turn On The Light ]
[ That Would Shine Like A Beacon ]
[ Far Into The Night ]
[ Until The Sun Rises ]
[ & Then I Hope That There Will Not Be Any Surprises ]
[ That Affect Me In A Bad Way ]
[ During That Day ]
[ But Then I Can’t Just Sit ]
[ & Throw A Fit ]
[ While I Attempt To Get Over It ]
[ & Move On ]
[ Before My Number Is Up ]
[ & I’m Gone ]
[ Now If That Sounds Wrong ]
[ Teach Me How To Stay Or Be Strong ]
[ Enough ]
[ To Get Rid Of The Fluff ]
[ To Learn To Fight The Good Fight ]
[ & To Make Something That Didn’t Seem Right ]
[ Into Something That Will Remain Tight ]
