     Counted Sheep ]

[ That Technique Has Never Worked For You In The Past ]
[ Because Sometimes You Went Too Slow ]
[ While Other Times You Counted Too Fast ]

[ Usually Your Night Meds Knock You Out ]
[ Other Times Your Mind Takes A Different Route ]

[ One That Takes You To Crazy Land ]
[ Where ]
[ There ]
[ Is Alot Of Hurt & Demands ]
[ Nobody Cares ]
[ That Oftentimes You Feel Like A Broken Man ]
[ That Does NOT Have A Plan ]

[ There Is No Plan ( B ) In The Center Of Your Mind ]
[ There Is Nothing That Even Resembles ]
[ A Rescuing Kind ]

[ Sink Or Swim Is Where You Seem To Be ]
[ So If You Don’t Want To Believe ]
