[ She Came Up With The Idea To Find Him One Day ]
[ When She Asked, I Said ( OKAY ) ]
[ But How? ]
[ In What Way? ]
[ Right Now? ]
[ I Did Not Think It Could Be Done ]
[ When Told About Some Information I Just Thought ( THIS IS NOT FUN! ) ]
[ Then I Just Wanted To Run! ]
[ Some Information That I Was Told ]
[ I Just Did Not Want To Know! ]
[ Because When Our Father Died ]
[ We Were Not Very Old ]
[ We Did Not Remember Each Other ]
[ Growing Up I Stayed With My Sister ]
[ & I Was Told That I Had A Brother ]
[ But That Was It ]
[ No One Told Me Shit ]
[ Not A Name, Location, Age ]
[ Not Even A Little Bit ]
[ So I Never Wanted To Even Look ]
[ There Was No Plan Written In A Book ]
[ When Nicole Brought This Up I Had No Faith ]
[ This Was Going To Be A Futile Chase ]
[ Afterall, Where Would This Lead ]
[ Is This The Sort Of Heartache That I Need? ]
[ Then One Day, There Was A Maybe ]
[ We Found That He Could Live In Durham N.C. ]

[ Then I Thought That The Chances Were Slim ]
[ So The Next Day I Called The Number That I Was Given ]
[ Was This Guy Someone I Could Trust ]
[ Trust Is A Must ]

[ In My Neighborhood ]
[ I Called The Number & Asked Some Questions To This Stranger ]
[ Was He Going To Be The Lone Ranger? ]
[ Riding Into The Sunset ]
[ Even Before We Met? ]
[ @ First He Thought My Call Was A Scam ]
[ I Tried To Reassure This Man ]
[ He Thought I Was Calling Because I Wanted Something ]
[ I Assured Him That I Wasn’t Asking For A Thing ]
[ Nothing ]
[ But Then I Traveled To N.C. To Meet ]
[ Well His Reaction Could Not Be Beat ]
[ He Finally Believed ]
[ & Did Not Throw Me Into The Street ]
[ When We Met ]
[ I Know That Was Him ]
[ So I Lost My Bet ]
[ That Was A Good Bet To Lose ]
[ If I Had To Choose ]
[ That Was The Start Of A Very Strong Connection ]
