[ Keeps My Attention Even More ]
[ Than The Sights Around Me ]
[ But It Took Years For Me To Realize ]
[ How Hypnotic The Ocean Can Be ]
[ & The Enormity Of Its Size ]
[ The Waves Are Like The Fingerprints On The Hand ]
[ No Two Of Them Are The Same ]
[ Nobody Can ]
[ Give Every One Of Them A Name ]
[ Right When The Wave Breaks On The Beach It Is Gone ]
[ It Heads Back Out ]
[ It Keeps Moving On ]
[ Never Staying In The Same Place For Very Long ]
[ The Waves Come In Loud & Strong ]
[ But Never Underestimate The Under Current ]
[ You Could Never Be So Wrong ]
[ Turning Your Back On The Waves Is Not Very Wise ]
[ Many People Every Year ]
[ Ever Have The Time Or Ability To Say Their Goodbyes ]
[ Waves Can Be As Dangerous As They Are Beautiful ]
[ They Can Look So Safe & Wonderful ]
[ When You Fail To Give The Ocean The Proper Respect ]
[ You Might Get ]
[ What You Least Expect ]
[ But Come Nightfall ]
[ It Seems Like The Water Goes Calm ]
[ Like Mother Nature Made A Call ]
[ & Asked God To Quiet The Water With A Wave Of His Palm ]
[ When It Is Time To Settle In For The Night ]
[ I Can’t Wait For The Morning Light ]
[ So I Can Go Out On My Balcony & View That Beautiful Sight ]

[ Wondering Where The Waves Begin ]
